Return policy.

We want you to love every piece from Oaklee & Olive! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With tags still attached (if applicable)

• Free from stains, smells, or damage

To start a return email us at oakleeandoliveshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We are currently unable to process exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or color we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This includes:

• Sale items or discounted items

• Accessories (like bows or tights)
